Our standard light weight knee pad is made from MELCO T-5500 material, which has a non-slip surface with polyacrylic dots and is heatpressed in place.  Melco T-5500 remains flexible after application with excellent durability in use and resistance to salt water hydrolysis.  We fit this knee pad as standard to our Bravo Drsyuits.
